For Municipalities

Envorum offers city administrations and utility services a "Citizen-as-a-Sensor" infrastructure. We integrate into the Smart City concept by providing a stream of verified, real-time data on the state of the urban environment.

Instead of maintaining a huge staff of inspectors, the city can leverage the energy of residents to monitor issues, receiving data faster and cheaper.

1. Problems We Solve

City Problem
Envorum Solution

Blind Spots Utility services cannot be everywhere at once. Potholes and dump sites are often discovered with weeks of delay.

24/7 Monitoring Thousands of residents walk the streets daily. Envorum gives them a tool to instantly record issues with precise geolocation.

Spam and Noise City portals are flooded with duplicate complaints, emotional text, and outdated photos.

AI Filtering Our algorithm (Truth Pipeline) filters out duplicates, verifies photo relevance, and categorizes the issue before it reaches City Hall.

Public Distrust Citizens don't see where taxes go and believe "nothing is being done."

Transparency Visualization of resolved issues on the map. The ability to engage residents in cleanups with city support.

2. Module: Urban Audit

Using the Research Tasks mechanic, the municipality can post assignments to inspect specific infrastructure objects.

Use Cases:

  • Road Network: Identifying potholes, faded road markings, damaged signs.

  • Lighting: Mapping non-functional streetlights (evening tasks).

  • Accessibility: Auditing ramps and curbs for compliance with disability standards.

  • Urban Amenities: Monitoring the condition of playgrounds and benches.

    Cost Efficiency

The cost of one verified report from a resident (via micro-bounty) is 10-50 times lower than deploying an official inspection crew.

3. Module: Waste Management

Combating illegal dumping is one of the most expensive budget items. Envorum helps act proactively.

  • Detection: Rapid discovery of spontaneous dump sites in industrial zones and parks.

  • Classification: AI determines the waste type (construction, household, hazardous), allowing for the immediate dispatch of the correct machinery type.

  • Cleanup Verification: Contractor oversight. The city pays the contractor only after AI confirms the area is clean via an "After" photo.

4. City Dashboard

For Enterprise/Government partners, we provide access to an analytical dashboard.

  • Heatmaps: Thermal maps of problem zones (Where is littering most frequent? Where are benches being vandalized?).

  • Response Time: Statistics on issue resolution speed.

  • Civic Engagement: Activity ratings by district.

5. Integration (API)

Envorum does not aim to replace existing city management systems (ERP). We act as a data provider.

Via API, data from Envorum can be automatically exported to:

  • Utility Management Systems.

  • City Geoinformation Systems (GIS).

  • Public engagement portals (e.g., "Active Citizen").
