Safety Guidelines

Community safety is our top priority. Since Envorum initiates actions in the physical world, we have implemented clear protocols to minimize risks and protect user data.

We utilize legal tools to define liability limits and strict privacy standards.

1. Event Safety Protocols

We do not overcomplicate the process with unnecessary electronics, relying instead on Organizer responsibility and proven procedures.

📋 Check-in & Briefing

The admission process for work is strictly regulated:

  1. On-site Registration: Upon arrival, participants approach the Organizer. The Organizer marks the participant's arrival in their app (Manual Check-in / QR Scan in future versions).

  2. Mandatory Briefing: Before starting, the Organizer must conduct a safety briefing. The Organizer's app features a checklist that must be confirmed. Without this, the event does not transition to the "Active" stage.

📦 Organizer Requirements

  • First Aid Kit: Possession of a basic first aid kit is mandatory for any group event.

  • Risk Assessment: When creating an event, the Organizer must specify terrain difficulty (e.g., "Steep Slope," "Rubber boots required").

2. Privacy & Data Protection

We respect the right to privacy and adhere to the "Private by Default" principle.

  • Profile Separation:

    • Public Profile: Displays only what the user chooses to show (Nickname, Avatar, Achievement stats, NFT badges).

    • Private Profile: Personal data (Email, Phone, Real Name for KYC) is stored encrypted and is never published publicly.

  • Geolocation: We do not track user movements in the background. Geolocation is requested only at the moment of active action (creating a report or checking in at an event). We do not build a "movement map" of people.

Envorum is a technology platform connecting people, not an employer. All relationships are built on principles of voluntary cooperation.

✍️ Digital Waiver

When registering for an event, the user signs a digital agreement (In-App Liability Waiver):

  1. Voluntary Participation: The user confirms they are acting of their own free will.

  2. Risk Acceptance: The user acknowledges potential risks of outdoor work.

  3. Waiver of Claims: The user releases the Envorum platform from liability for injuries sustained due to negligence.

4. Roadmap (Future Features)

In future platform versions (v2.0+), we plan to introduce advanced safety features:

  • SOS Alert: Panic button for emergency organizer notification.

  • Geo-Fencing: Automatic notifications when entering dangerous zones (cliffs, deep water).
