Our plan is an evolution from a working product to a sustainable business. The platform is technically ready: the core (MVP) is deployed and functioning.

We are transitioning from the R&D stage to Go-to-Market.


Phase 1: MVP & Tech Foundation (Status: ✅ DONE)

Goal: Prove technology viability.

  • Core Platform: Launch of full-featured PWA (React). Event creation, participation, and check-ins are functional.

  • The Truth Pipeline: Implemented and running on Gemini 2.5 Pro / Flash. Photo reports undergo automatic "Before/After" validation.

  • Social Engine: Implemented chats (P2P, Group), public user profiles, and following mechanism.

  • Geo-Location: Operational map with event clustering.

  • Research Task: Operational in technical testing mode.

📢 Operations

  • Soft Launch: App available for testing by early adopters.

  • Infrastructure: Server architecture (GCP) is configured and load-ready.


Phase 2: Legal Setup & Commercialization (Q1-Q2 2026)

Goal: Legal packaging, securing funding, and launching monetization.

  • Genesis Round: Closing the angel funding round.

  • Incorporation: Company registration in Singapore.

  • Compliance: Signing agreements with vendors (Sumsub, Stripe, TripleA).

🛠️ Product & Tech

  • Integrations: Activation of Stripe Connect (Fiat), TripleA (Crypto), and Sumsub (KYC/KYB) following business verification (KYB).

  • Research Module: Public release of paid task functionality.


Phase 3: Growth & Sentinel (Q3-Q4 2026)

Goal: Scaling and new module deployment.

  • Sentinel Module: Launch of the monitoring system (automated regular object checks).

  • Gamification 2.0: Introduction of Seasons and advanced achievement system.

  • Envorum API: Opening map data access for external integrations.

  • Marketing Expansion: Launching campaigns in target regions (SEA, LATAM, CIS).

  • Partnerships: Integration with local volunteer organizations.

  • First B2B Clients: Onboarding first business clients into the Research Module.


Phase 4: Expansion (2027+)

Goal: Global presence.
