Legal Framework & Permitting

Envorum is a tool for legal ecological action. We categorically do not support "guerrilla activism" that violates private property laws or ecological norms (e.g., planting invasive plant species).

The protocol utilizes a two-level permit validation system integrated into the event creation process.

1. Permit Logic

Document requirements depend on the activity type and the scale of the event.

🟢 Level 1: Self-Declaration (Liability Checkbox)

Applies to: Small cleanups (<20 people), public beach cleanups, actions on private land, or wilderness conditions.

In this case, the Organizer does not need to upload bureaucratic paperwork.

  • Mechanism: The Organizer checks the box "I accept full legal responsibility."

  • Legal Implication: By this action, the Organizer confirms they have checked local laws and assume all risks of fines for unauthorized gatherings. The platform acts solely as an information intermediary.

🔴 Level 2: Mandatory Permit

Applies to: Mass events (>50 people), Tree Planting, Work in nature reserves, Installation of stationary objects.

For such events, uploading a supporting document (PDF/JPG) is mandatory.

  • Tree Planting: A permit from the forestry service or land owner is required. This is critical to avoid planting species harmful to the ecosystem.

  • Mass Events: Approval from the municipality for a mass gathering is required.

2. AI Document Validation

Uploaded permits are verified by our AI agent (The Event Auditor) during the event moderation stage.

  1. Scan: The system scans the uploaded file.

  2. Keyword Search: AI searches for key indicators (stamps, signatures, words like "Approved," "Agreed," dates).

  3. Consistency: If "Planting 1000 oaks" is claimed, but the permit states "Garbage collection," the event is rejected.

3. Ecological Compliance

We monitor not only legal but also biological safety.

  • Invasive Species Protocol: When creating a "Planting" event, the app issues a warning: "Ensure selected saplings are autochthonous (native) to your region."

  • Waste Disposal Plan: For large cleanups, the Organizer must specify where the waste will be taken (contract with a landfill or waste management operator) to avoid creating a new dump in a neighboring forest.
