Treasury Orchestration
Treasury Orchestration is the protocol's financial operating system. It manages the lifecycle of cash flows from the moment of deposit to the final payout to the executor.
We utilize a Hybrid Model (Hybrid-Fi):
Fiat Layer (Stripe): For card processing, tax compliance, and bank transfers.
Crypto Layer (TripleA + Solana): For transparency, escrow accounts, and global cross-border transactions in stablecoins.
Within the system, all balances are denominated in ENVO - an internal Stable Accounting Unit pegged 1:1 to USD.
Execution Only
Protocol funds are used exclusively to ensure transaction security (Escrow) and automatic distribution of funds for completed work. Capital is not used for lending, staking, or generating speculative yields.
1. Funds Routing & Ingestion
When a sponsor funds an event, the money does not go into a "common pot." The protocol virtually isolates capital for that specific event.
π³ Fiat Gateway (Stripe Connect)
Ingest: Donations via Visa/Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
Custody: Funds are held in segregated Stripe Connect accounts until claimed.
Use Case: Ideal for local micro-donations and corporate sponsors requiring invoices.
βοΈ Crypto Gateway (TripleA)
Ingest: Direct transfers in USDT, USDC, ETH, BTC via a licensed provider.
AML Check: All inbound funds undergo automatic screening for "cleanliness."
Use Case: Global transfers without banking fees or country restrictions.
2. Dual-Pool Architecture
Envorum's key innovation is splitting the event budget into two streams with different unlocking logic. This prevents the misuse of funds.
π °οΈ Operational Pool
Money for "Hardware".
Purpose: Inventory procurement, transport rental, meals.
Unlock Trigger: Soft Cap Reached. Once the minimum amount to start is collected, the Organizer can request a withdrawal.
Control: The Organizer is required to upload Receipts. If receipts are not provided, their Trust Score drops, and access to future fundraising is blocked.
π ±οΈ Reward Pool
Money for "People".
Purpose: Payment for volunteers, scouts, and workers.
Unlock Trigger: Verified Completion. Funds are Locked in escrow until the event is finished and the AI (Truth Pipeline) confirms the result.
Distribution: Automatic split among all participants who passed the on-location Check-in.
3. Escrow Mechanics
The protocol acts as an independent arbiter, ensuring funds are secure from theft.
Fundraising
π Locked
Funds accumulate in a transit account.
Active
π Ops Unlocked
Organizer gains access only to the operational budget (on demand).
Verification
π Frozen
All payouts are paused pending the AI verdict.
Success
β Distributed
Reward Pool is distributed among participants.
Failed / Fraud
β©οΈ Refunded
If the event is canceled or deemed fake, funds are returned to donors.
4. Payouts & Settlement
Users (volunteers and organizers) can withdraw earned funds via their preferred method. To ensure economic efficiency, the protocol enforces minimum thresholds and fee allocation rules.
Fiat Payouts: Direct transfer to a bank account (via Stripe Connect).
Minimum Withdrawal: $50. (Requests below this amount are restricted to prevent banking fees from exceeding the transfer value).
Fee Policy: All banking processing fees are covered by the recipient and deducted from the withdrawal amount.
Crypto Payouts: Withdrawal in USDT / USDC (via Solana network).
Minimum Withdrawal: $10.
Fee Policy: Network gas fees (<$0.01) are deducted from the transaction.
Zero-Volatility Principle
We avoid exchange rate risks. All obligations within the system are fixed in stablecoins (USDT/USDC). If the crypto market drops by 50%, the volunteer's reward for beach cleaning remains unchanged.
