Territory Control

⚔️ Territory Control: The Rules of War

In Envorum, you don't fight with weapons. You fight with Impact. To capture a hexagon and display your Flag (Logo), you must have the highest Influence Score (IP) in that territory.

⚖️ The Three Pillars of Power

Influence is calculated based on three specific forces. To win, you must balance them.

1. 🛠️ Action (Sweat Equity)

  • Source: Physical labor. Creating events, cleaning trash, verifying reports.

  • Weight: 100% (Primary Force).

  • Constraint: Uncapped. You can capture a territory purely by working hard, even with zero money.

2. 💰 Fund (Capital)

  • Source: Financial donations to events within the hex.

  • Weight: Capped at 49%.

  • Constraint: Money alone cannot capture a territory. If you donate $1M but have 0 Active Workers, your Influence ownership remains zero.

3. 📢 Hype (Social Multiplier)

  • Source: Referring new users to the territory, sharing on social media.

  • Effect: Boost (x1.2 - x1.5). It multiplies the result of Action and Fund.

  • Constraint: Multipliers are useless if the base value (Action) is zero.

🛡️ The 49% Rule (Anti-Whale Protection)

We designed the protocol to prevent corporations from "buying the map."

📉 The Rust: 3.3% Decay

Entropy is inevitable. In the real world, grass grows back, and litter returns. Envorum mimics this via the Rust Mechanic.

  • The Math: Every territory loses approximately 3.3% of its Influence Points per day (~100% per month).

  • Consequence: If you capture a District and leave, you will lose it in 30 days.

  • Recurring Impact: To keep your Logo on the map, you must perform regular maintenance (weekly/monthly events).

The Tactical Arena Clicking on any Hexagon opens the Tactical View:

  • Center: A dynamic Pie Chart showing the Balance of Forces (Action / Fund / Hype).

  • Corners: The avatars of the current "King of the Hill" and top contenders.

🛡️ Defense Shields

Winning a territory is exhausting. To prevent chaos, we offer a cooldown.

  • Effect: Upon successfully capturing a Hexagon (changing ownership), a 48-Hour Shield is activated.

  • Immunity: During this time, the territory cannot be flipped by competitors. This gives the victors time to rest and plan their next move.
