🎇Eco Spark
Overview
The Eco Spark role in the Envorum ecosystem is designed for verified individuals who initiate and lead ecological events, driving real-world impact through community-driven action. As the creators of events — such as tree planting or beach cleanups in. Eco-Sparks play a pivotal role in advancing Envorum’s mission to heal the planet by fostering sustainable initiatives.
Responsibilities
Verification Process To become an Eco-Spark, individuals must pass a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process through a trusted provider, submitting required identification documents to ensure transparency and trust within the Envorum community.
Event Planning and Documentation
Eco-Sparks are responsible for designing event concepts and submitting a detailed budget using the platform’s standardized form. This includes expenses for equipment, materials, meals for Eco-Hero volunteers, and other costs, as well as estimating the required number of participants.
For events requiring legal permissions (e.g., mass gatherings or tree planting), Eco-Sparks must upload permits and approvals from local authorities to ensure compliance with regulations.
On-Site Event Management
Eco-Sparks must be physically present at the event location to oversee its execution.
They conduct a "before" photoshoot to document the initial state of the location.
During the event, Eco-Sparks confirm the attendance of Eco-Hero volunteers by checking them off in the event dashboard via the Envorum app.
They evaluate the performance of Eco-Hero volunteers to identify outstanding contributors, who may receive a symbolic digital recognition, such as the "Event Diamond Hero" badge, minted on the BNB Chain.
Post-Event Reporting
After the event, Eco-Sparks conduct an "after" photoshoot to document the results and upload the photos to the platform.
They submit a comprehensive event report, including feedback from all participants to improve future initiatives.
All data, including photos and reports, are analyzed by a Neural Model to ensure transparency and compliance with the event’s stated goals.
Collaboration
Eco-Sparks work closely with other roles to ensure the success of their events:
They secure funding from Eco-Angels to cover event costs.
They coordinate with Green-Ally organizations for additional resources or partnerships.
They may collaborate with Green-Star celebrities to amplify the event’s visibility.
They rely on Eco-Hero volunteers to execute the event’s tasks.
Their events are reviewed by Green-Sentinel inspectors to confirm the event’s impact.
Recognition and Rewards
The primary goal of an Eco-Spark is to contribute to the planet’s well-being, and their efforts are highly valued within the Envorum community:
Public Profile: Eco-Sparks can create a public profile to share their achievements on social media, raising awareness among a broader audience about Envorum’s mission to save nature. This helps spread the word about the importance of ecological initiatives and inspires others to join the movement.
Gamification with Mascot: Participants gain access to a playful element—the development of a mascot that grows and evolves with each successfully completed event. This competitive aspect motivates Eco-Sparks to organize more events, vying with other participants to advance their mascot’s progress.
Symbolic Recognition: For successfully completed events, Eco-Sparks receive a digital badge of honor on the BNB Chain as a token of gratitude for their contribution to environmental change. Outstanding Eco-Heroes, identified through evaluations, also receive a digital "Event Diamond Hero" badge as recognition of their efforts.
Future Opportunities: In the future, leaderboards (local, regional, global) will highlight the achievements of Eco-Sparks, and new tools will streamline event planning and reporting.
Commitment to the Mission
The Eco-Spark role is a call to action for leaders passionate about making the world cleaner and greener. By organizing impactful events, Eco-Sparks unite the Envorum community in a shared mission to protect and restore our planet for future generations.
